The four female ministers in the Egyptian government,
including Minister of Social Solidarity Ghada Waly, Minister of Investment
Sahar Nasr, Minister of Immigration Nabila Makram and Minister of Planning Hala
Al Saeed, are scheduled to deliver their speeches before the conference’s
opening session.
The ministers will discuss the role they perform in the decision making process as top officials in the Egyptian government. Governor of Behaira Nadia
Abdou will also discuss her experience as the first Egyptian woman to take the position of governor.
The conference will be held on Sunday in a hotel in Cairo
under sponsorship of Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi.
