Damietta (Northern Egypt)  - Media reports confirmed casualties in a police raid targeting militants' safe house on Mubarak street, located in Kafr Saad, Damietta. The raid turned into a shootout between police and members of the outcast terrorist group, the Muslim Brotherhood

At least one member of Muslim Brotherhood, was killed and three police officers were wounded during the exchange of fire. One militant was arrested.

According to some local sources, the militant killed was Al-Sayed Sehla.

Damietta is a port city and the capital of the Damietta Governorate in Egypt, 15 km (9.3 miles) from the Mediterranean Sea, and approximately 200 km (120 miles) north of Cairo..

Owner of the building, where terrorists had rent the flat, was arrested too.
