Al-Jarallah, who
serves as Editor-in-Chief of Al-Seyassa Newspaper, added that Egypt and other
Arab countries have been negatively affected by the Qatari political behavior,
saying that the absence of Arab deterrent response to the Qatari policies
pushed the statelet’s rulers to resume their hostile position.
During the rule of former emir, Al-Jarallah said, the Arab countries failed to take a unified
position toward Qatari policies. He continued, “Arab position toward Qatar was divided between supporters and opponents so the Qatari regime
continued to conspire against the Arab countries, including Saudi Arabia.”
He underlined that the
Qatari regime planned to overthrow the ruling regime in Saudi Arabia in 15
years, while it failed to achieve this objective.
