14 killed in bus-truck collision in Egypt

Cairo - Fourteen people were killed and a further 42 were injured when a bus rolled over after hitting a truck on Tuesday south of Cairo, the Deutsche Presse-Agentur, DPA, has reported, quoting the Health Ministry in Egypt.

Three of the injured were in serious condition and were transferred to intensive care.

The accident took place on a highway near Beni Suef province, located around 120 kilometres south of Cairo.
