“Such groups do not speak for Islam. They attempt to misuse Islamic teachings and ideals only to take the helm of power in Arab/Islamic countries. In case of debacle, they would wrongly blame it on religion. God
forbid! Our religion has been viewed as failure because of these groups' practices and misrepresentation,” emphatically said
He added, “The ulterior motive of such groups is to overthrow ruling regimes of the region, and to destabilize regional security and stability, which runs counter to our Islamic teachings that call for peace and justice."
