ISIS massacres hundreds as jihadists target thousands of Christians to build new 'caliphate'

Marawi (Philippines) - Islamic State fighters have taken hostages and forced thousands of people to flee from their homes as the Islamic militants (jihadists) attempt to create a stronghold in the Middle East.
The terrorists have entered the city of Marawi in Philippines killing more than 100 people and targeting Christians in the region. 
Open Doors, a Christian advocacy charity, says Christians have been taken hostage with at least 130 left homeless as ISIS tightens its grip on the city. 
The charity says up to 1,000 people are under siege in the city as jihadists trap residents in a bid to create a new caliphate.
