Cairo - Homat Al-Watan (Guards of the Homeland) Party called on all Egyptians, who took part in the June 30 Revolution, to unite and put all personal differences aside for the interest of Egypt and its national security.
Major General Mohamed El-Ghobashy, assistant to the party’s chief, told Al-Bawaba News on Monday that all headquarters of the party, more than 175 ones nationwide, will hold celebrations to commemorate the June 30 Revolution and highlight the achievements of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi during the recent period.
“All people and parties are responsible for the protection of our homeland at all social, economic and political levels,” El-Ghobashy added.
Egypt will celebrate the June 30 Revolution this week to mark the ouster of former president Mohamed Morsi after popular protests against his rule nationwide.
