Cairo - Suspension of Qatari Al Jazeera satellite channel became one
of the major conditions raised by the Gulf States to end the current boycott
against the Gulf’s tiny state after nearly two decades of its establishment to
perform a major role to raise chaos in the Arab countries on one hand and to
deepen division in the Arab world on the other hand.
Emirati political expert Hamad Al Mazroei said that the Gulf
States conditioned to suspend Al Jazeera satellite channel that worked to raise
chaos and fuel conflicts in the region to lead the region to the current state
of division.
The closure of Al Jazeera is one of the main conditions to
end the current boycott against Qatar, he said, clarifying that the channel
should apologize to each country and individual for the violations it committed
against them during the recent years.
He added, “The employees of this channel should be
extradited to their countries to take decisions against them for the role they
performed against their governments.”
He added, Qatar suffers currently from diplomatic and
economic boycott due its policies to support terrorism in the region, saying
that Egypt and the Gulf States would not accept to restore relations with Qatar,
if the tiny state’s government did not take serious action to change its
policies.
